Plus, how great is this presentation? This one will really wow your guests and please all those tequila fans out there!

• 2 oz Cazadores Blanco Tequila
• 0.5 Oz Luxardo Amaro Abano
• 1 oz Orange Juice
• 3 dashes Aztec Chocolate Bitters
• 3 oz Stegmaier Pumpkin Ale

Fall is quickly approaching. When I start seeing the beautiful ripe peaches at the grocery store, that’s when I know. That there is an end to the heat, halloween is on it’s way and carmel apples, apple cider and pumpkins are in my future. With that in mind I thought we would go with something just peachy this week!

Frozen Peach Margarita’s

INGREDIENTS

• 3 peaches peeled and sliced
• 2 T fresh lime juice
• 1 C tequila
• 1/2 C triple sec (orange cointreau)
• 3 T honey
• 3 C ice

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Peel and cut your peaches into manageable pieces. If you want, you can stick the peaches in the freezer before you make your drink, but it’s not totally necessary.
2.  Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until your desired consistency is reached.
3.  Pour into frozen glasses. You can salt the rim if you want, but I just garnished with a piece of fresh mint.

Makes 3 to 4 drinks.

Pomegranate Margarita

Yields: 32 cups

INGREDIENTS

• 6 cups white tequila
• 12 cups water
• 4 cups cranberry juice cocktail
• 2 cups pomegranate juice (we tested with POM)*
• 1 1/2 cups Triple Sec
• 2 (10-ounce) cans frozen margarita mix, thawed
• 2 (11.5-ounce) cans frozen cranberry juice cocktail, thawed and undiluted
• 2 (12-ounce) cans frozen limeade concentrate, thawed and undiluted
• Light corn syrup
• Coarse sparkling sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

• Combine first 8 ingredients in a very large plastic container. Cover and freeze at least 24 hours or until slushy.
• Pour a small amount of corn syrup onto a flat plate. Pour coarse sugar onto another plate. Dip rims of margarita glasses in corn syrup; dip each glass into sugar. Pour margaritas into prepared glasses.

I’m a sucker for tequilla, so this signature drink is right up my aisle (hehe). The color is just beautiful and blood oranges are in season from December to May, perfect for a winter or spring wedding!

Blood Orange Margarita

Ingredients

• 2 oz tequila
• 2 oz orange liqueur
• 2 oz fresh-squeezed lime juice
• 4 oz fresh-squeezed blood orange juice (~3-4 oranges)
• 1 oz simple syrup
• Blood orange slices, for garnish
